Who operates KairoMatch

KairoMatch is built, deployed, and operated by Emergence LLC. All purchases, subscriptions, and billing for KairoMatch are made with and processed by Emergence LLC; charges will appear from Emergence LLC. References to "KairoMatch", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean Emergence LLC.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using KairoMatch in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Beta Scope and Availability

KairoMatch is in beta. It is offered to users in the United States, and the data you enter is processed on United States infrastructure. It is not currently offered to users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Beta features may change or be withdrawn, and we may contact you about defects that affected your account. How your data is handled — and what we do and do not claim about it — is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Use of Service

KairoMatch is intended for personal, lawful job-search purposes only. You may not use the service to upload content you do not own, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, to scrape or extract data in bulk, or for any illegal or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

Personal Use and Account Limits

Plans are for your personal job search: your own applications, at a human pace, from your own account. They do not permit sharing an account, reselling or white-labeling analyses, automated or scripted requests, or bulk generation on behalf of others.

What limits your spending is your credit balance and nothing else. Each AI action deducts credits at your plan's published rate, and when the balance reaches zero the AI features stop until you add credits or renew — there is no separate daily or monthly processing cap, and we do not silently degrade results as you approach one. A per-minute request limit applies to every account as an abuse and stability safeguard; normal use does not reach it. If an account's usage is far outside normal personal patterns we may throttle it or contact you, and we will always reach out before restricting a paid account except where abuse is clear.

Some accounts remain on plans we no longer sell. Those plans keep the rate and terms they were bought under; nothing here changes them, and you can review or cancel yours at any time from Settings.

Credits and Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Subscription credits expire at the end of your final billing period after cancellation; Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or that continued access poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KairoMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
