KairoMatch is built, deployed, and operated by Emergence LLC. All purchases, subscriptions, and billing for KairoMatchare made with and processed by Emergence LLC; charges will appear from Emergence LLC. References to "KairoMatch", "we", "us", or "our" in these terms mean Emergence LLC.
By creating an account or using KairoMatch in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
KairoMatch is in beta. It is offered to users in the United States, and the data you enter is processed on United States infrastructure. It is not currently offered to users in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Beta features may change or be withdrawn, and we may contact you about defects that affected your account. How your data is handled — and what we do and do not claim about it — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
KairoMatch is intended for personal, lawful job-search purposes only. You may not use the service to upload content you do not own, to attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, to scrape or extract data in bulk, or for any illegal or harmful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.
Plans described as "unlimited" cover unlimited personaluse: your own job search, at a human pace, from your own account. They do not permit sharing an account, reselling or white-labeling analyses, automated or scripted requests, or bulk generation on behalf of others. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone, platform safeguards (per-minute rate limits and daily and monthly processing caps) apply to all accounts, including unlimited plans. If an account's usage is far outside normal personal patterns, we may throttle it or contact you about moving to a plan that fits — we will always reach out before restricting a paid account, except where abuse is clear.
You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Subscription credits expire at the end of your final billing period after cancellation; Pay-as-you-go credits never expire.
The résumé feedback, job-fit scores, market insights, and interview preparation content provided by KairoMatch are generated by AI models and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice. Results may contain errors or omissions and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for career decisions. Always exercise your own judgment and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these terms or that continued access poses a risk to the service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KairoMatch and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

Occupation, skill, and wage information shown in KairoMatch is derived from public U.S. government labor datasets. We transform that data — rescaling importance ratings, normalizing titles, and deriving our own fit and relatedness scores — so the numbers you see are ours, computed from theirs.
